Come in for a trim, or come in because the last place did not do what you asked for. You get asked what you actually want before anything is cut, and you get told straight away if it will not work on the hair you have.
A cut you can still get right at home
Tell us how long you are willing to spend on it in the morning and the cut gets built around that. There is no point sending you out with a shape that only works if somebody else is holding the dryer.
Asian and Caucasian hair
It is written across the window because it matters: hair textures behave differently under scissors and a lot of salons only really practise on one of them. If yours has been thinned, over-layered or cut flat in the past, bring it here and say so.
Fringes, and the rest of it
Fringe trims are the thing people are most nervous about asking for on their own, and they are one of the most common things we do. Come in for just that if that is all you need.
Hair up, blow-dries and something for an occasion
Wash and blow-dry, straightening, and hair up for a wedding or a night out. Ring first for anything with a deadline attached to it so we can make sure there is time in the day for it.
